Mosaic Welcomes Bruce Bodine Back!

Bruce Bodine, Senior Vice President—Phosphates

Mosaic’s new Senior Vice President—Phosphates, Bruce Bodine, isn’t exactly new to the company. Bodine, who started his mining career in 1999 as part of a predecessor company, returned to Florida this month after having led Mosaic’s Potash business unit in Canada for the past three years.

Prior to taking on the role of Vice President—Operations for Mosaic’s Esterhazy and Colonsay potash production facilities, Bodine held a number of engineering leadership and plant management positions in the Phosphates business segment. He also served as Vice President—Supply Chain, responsible for the movement of raw materials and finished production, and strategic sourcing activities for Mosaic’s North American phosphate and potash segments. He also oversaw fertilizer production in South America and China.

Bodine, who grew up in Lakeland, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

One of Bodine’s top priorities will be getting reacquainted with his Florida colleagues. “I’m looking forward to reconnecting with the people I once worked with,” he said. “There are new faces too, and I’m excited about meeting new people.”
